Carol Uebelacker, MD FAAFP, is a board-certified Family Physician with over 30 years of experience in Family Medicine, urgent care and alternative medicine. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and has been a life-long Wisconsin resident. Her expertise includes bio-identical hormone therapy, natural (Armour) thyroid treatment, medical weight loss management, anti-aging and chelation administration.
