I earned my Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University in 1985, became certified as a Dream Builder Coach and Life Mastery Consultant in 2017 and received my Psych-K® facilitator training in 2019. I have helped thousands of people achieve their goals and live their best life! I take a holistic approach that nurtures body, mind and spirit. I am 1 of 2 therapists in southeast WI certified in the Myokinesthetic System (MYK), a unique approach to treating pain. Pain can mislead us, as it is often in the area of compensation. Posture is an outward expression of the nervous system and is my guide to the root cause of your pain. MYK is amazing at treating painful conditions, including Neuropathies and RSD/ CRPS. It also can have an effect on the organs and autonomic nervous system.
Another special offering of mine is CranialSacral Therapy. It is a very light touch that utilizes the delicate CranialSacral rhythm, to evaluate and treat restrictions in the body. It has proven helpful to people with headaches, concussions, pain, stress feelings and some neurological disorders, as it is very calming to the nervous system.
Psych-K® helps people get unstuck. Our subconscious drives 95% of our behavior. If you have a subconscious belief that is in conflict with what you desire, it can be nearly impossible to achieve your goals. Many of our subconscious beliefs we picked up as small children, and they are sabotaging our success. This process helps to repattern those limiting beliefs into empowering, supportive beliefs to help you live into your full potential.
