She uses a variety of techniques specific to client’s needs, including, Gottman couple therapy strategies, cognitive (thoughts) behavioral (actions) therapy, expressive therapy interventions, and personality typing tools, especially the Enneagram. She also offers faith-based counseling to those desiring a Biblically centered approach.

Angela specializes in meeting clients where they are, giving a compassionate and generous space to consider problems, identify goals and then learn and practice strategies for growth and change toward their full and beautiful potential!
