Manually trained, Certified dry needling, cupping Certified Health Coach Kathy has spent 30 years in the care and prevention of orthopedic injuries including neck, ankles and everything in between. Kathy has worked as an athletic trainer focusing on field injuries and return to sport with all sports.
She received her Masters in Physical Therapy. Her background is dominant in orthopedics emphasizing hands-on care, however, she has worked in a variety of settings including occupational health, hospital acute care, and home health. Her therapy toolbox includes dry needling, cupping, and myofascial release (MFR).
Kathy provides presentations to community groups and businesses on injury prevention and healthy living. She works with clients as a health coach to reach their wellness goals including weight loss and control of lifestyle diseases.
